Placing an order

At H2O Aquatics we pride ourselves on customer service. There are no hidden charges with H2O, one of our pet hates is looking on a website and not being able to find out true delivery costs until the checkout process. At H2O our delivery pricing is very simple.

We offer three types of service:

Royal Mail Recorded Post

This service can take up to five working days although typically most items are delivered within two working days. We can only ship some of our smaller products via this service. Please note a signature is required upon delivery.

Standard Next Day Delivery

Order before 12noon and our dedicated delivery partner will deliver any stock item between 8am and 6pm the next working day.

Next Day Timed Delivery

As above but this service will ensure your parcel arrives before midday. Ideal for any livestock deliveries or those customers not wanting to sit at home all day.

Please note we try to keep all products in stock, however at times out of stocks cannot be avoided. We will always email you updates on your orders status to keep you fully informed.

We will only dispatch corals, inverts and live rock on a next day delivery service. This service may be suspended in the interests of animal welfare if there is very cold weather forecast. Please note we only ship corals/livestock on set days of the week, to ensure that it can be delivered within 24hrs.

If you place the order before 12 Noon on:

Monday livestock can be delivered on Tuesday

Tuesday livestock can be delivered on Wednesday

Wednesday livestock can be delivered on Thursday

We can also ship livestock on a Thursday for Friday delivery but this would not be recommended, as occasionally all carriers miss route parcels and being a weekend the following day any problems would be potentially difficult to resolve.

Royal Mail Recorded up to 500g – £3.50

Royal Mail Recorded up to 1kilo – £4.25

Next Day courier up to 5kilos – £6.75

Next Day courier up to 25kilos – £9.99

Next Day AM up to 25kilos – £16.99

Please Note our courier service is mainland UK only, please contact us for a quote for Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Highlands, IOW or Channel Islands.
